The first site is an existing 128,000 foot industrial shell at 511 Shaw Road in Sterling, Va that sits on a 10 acre lot. The site has the by right ability to be expanded by approximately 200,000 square feet. The Sterling site is well surrounded with fiber as 16 individual fiber providers are located in conduit adjacent to the property. Power is available from Dominion Power. The property is adjacent to the CenturyLink Data Center.
The second site is 23.58 acres on Broderick Drive near its intersection with Waxpool Road, which is adjacent to the AOL campus. It is anticipated that this site will accommodate 600,000 square feet of developable area from which electricity will be supplied by Dominion Power. The Ashburn site is within one mile of the Equinix campus.
